Mouth Watering Ribs
We prefer baby back ribs over spare ribs. Why? Even though spare ribs are larger, back ribs are less fatty and meatier. You end up with just about the same amount of meat, but a leaner cut of meat. We do make spare and St. Louis style ribs occasionally.
From time to time we'll have specials available like NAM-ritos (BBQ breakfast burrito), BBQ Po-boy's, Smoked Brats, and THE BIG DAVE. If you have to ask, you can't handle it.
The menu and specials change just about daily. Check our facebook page for an up to date menu.
